Welcome to Hobart!
A very warm welcome to all delegates joining us in Hobart for the 18th Biennial Conference of the Australian College of Midwives.
'Life, Art and Science in Midwifery' is a conference that explores the very nature of midwifery; its significance in the lives of women and their families, the science that underpins practice as well as the art and beauty that weaves its way through all that midwives do.
The National Conference Planning Committee has worked tirelessly over the last eighteen months to bring you an exciting program that is diverse, creative and thought provoking. It has been a number of years since the Conference was last held in Tasmania. ACM Tas Branch is thrilled to host 2013 Conference delegates and encourage you to experience all that Tassie has to offer; we know you’ll love it!
The Conference Committee and the Conference Organisers are here to assist in making this a wonderful experience for all conference delegates; let us know if we can be of help.
Again, welcome and we hope you enjoy the Conference.
